Welcome to Learn AI with your child (UK) (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using learnaiwithyourchild.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts & eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 to create an account and purchase subscriptions.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity on your account.
  • Accounts are for family use; do not share access publicly.

Subscriptions & billing

  • Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Prices are shown in GBP and may change with notice.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges.
  • You may cancel anytime via your account or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Trials or beta offers may have special terms communicated at signup.

Use of content

  • All course materials, videos, text, and assets are licensed for your family’s personal, non-commercial use.
  • Do not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share materials without permission.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the Service, interfere with security, or infringe others’ rights.
  • Do not upload unlawful or harmful content.

Intellectual property

The Service and its original content are owned by Learn AI for the Family (UK) and/or licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or specific outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
